  This was quite a disappointing experience for us. We are avid Tim Hortons visitors and this is the first Tim Hortons we have experienced such disappointment. The staff did not smile. They were not welcoming. They certainly did not function as a team. Three bagels took 10 minutes. Slow service and poor atmosphere. This is definitely not the norm for other Tim's restaurants we visit so maybe that is why it stood out as much as it did.
